Grace Nye
December 1, 2017 8:21 am Comments Off on Grace NyeI have been working in nurseries for the past 7 years, providing high quality, stimulating care for children aged 3 months – 5 years. I fell in love with the industry while completing my Level 3 BTEC Diploma and am currently studying my Foundation Degree in Early Years Education, Learning & Development, with the aim to enrol onto my BA Honours in September. I have worked my way up within the industry, starting as a nursery practitioner and moving on to be a deputy room leader, room leader and senior practitioner. I started my journey at The Mulberry Bush in 2018, and have loved progressing within my career with the support from those around me. I have a passion for making a difference and love having the ability to mould little minds to be the best unique individuals they can be. I am enthusiastic towards supporting others with their own professional careers, and thrive from guiding staff with extending their practice to offer exciting opportunities and learning experiences to the children they care for. It is important to me that families feel included within the setting and their child’s learning, and I pride myself on the relationships I have developed with all of the families I have previously worked alongside.
