I am delighted to join this amazing company! I have worked in childcare for 6 years now and since a very young age I have always loved looking after younger cousins and relatives.

After college I started working in a nursery in Portsmouth doing my NVQ Level 2 and 3 and once qualified I was offered a Room Leader position in a baby room. I decided that if I wanted to progress in childcare I needed more experience, so moved to a bigger nursery as a Room Leader of a 1-2 year old room. I learnt a lot about the corporate world of childcare, which only furthered my drive to progress further. Since then I have been a Deputy Manager in a small family run nursery, which I enjoyed immensely. I am looking forward to using my previous experiences and knowledge in this new setting.
